1. Your Relationship with jtranslation.com.au
jtranslation.com.au is operated by Australia Translators Pty Ltd. Your use of our services and website is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and jtranslation.com.au.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your agreement will include the terms set out in this document. You accept the Terms by using the Services.
2. Exclusion of Warranties
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our warranty or liability for losses which may not be lawfully excluded by applicable law.
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk and that the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
In particular, we do not represent or warrant that: (a) your use of the Services will meet your requirements, (b) your use will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error, (c) any information obtained will be accurate or reliable.
3. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, goodwill, data, or cost of procurement of substitute services.
4. Refunds Policy
The amount of refund issued, upon request from client, is solely decided by the client manager for each assignment.
A full refund request will only be considered if no translation work has started for a particular assignment.
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery of translation services will be provided by email. If certified translation is required, we will post the documents to an Australian address using regular postage, unless specified otherwise in email correspondence before payment.
6. Confidentiality
All documents and personal information provided are treated with strict confidentiality and are only used for the purpose of providing translation services.
7. Legal Responsibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of or have authorisation to translate the documents submitted, and that the content does not infringe on any third party's copyright or intellectual property rights.
